Return & Exchange Policy
At Imperial Custom Clothiers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in original condition with tags and packaging included
Show no signs of damage caused by the customer
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made suits, tailored garments, altered items, and personalized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
The wrong item was delivered
The item has a manufacturing defect
An error was made by Imperial Custom Clothiers
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us first at:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item if applicable
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, product, or store credit depending on product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Custom suits and tuxedos
Personalized or altered garments
Final sale or clearance items
Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
Imperial Custom Clothiers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
